Possiable Contractions?.... HELP!!!! * Edited

Ok, I have been having this pain...

I want to know if they are contractions..

They happen every so often. I have this pain in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. It feels worse then cramping and goes towards my back, but the pain doesn't go up to the top of my abdomen. It last for about awhile and happens within 10 - 15 minutes apart.

* I also feel like pushing when this happens.
When I just had one I went to the bathroom and though I had to poop (TMI), but I pushed out a lot of my mucous plug...

Are they contractions?

I kind of remember when contractions started with my first and I think they lasted atleast a minute each instead of a few seconds. If you are having doubts though call your Dr. or go in to the hosp. and have them check you.

that's how my contractions felt with my first one. I didn't go into L and D till I could hardly walk though. But if you are worried it can't hurt to call them and talk to a nurse.

Well I called L & D and they told me to go in.....

I'm supposed to be induced on Tuesday let's hope she comes before them. My husband comes home tomorrow. He's going to see if he can catch an early flight tonight or tomorrow.
