Quoting Too many blonde babies!:“ I give damien broth ONLY if he is sick and refusing to take anything off of a spoon. Other then that its lazy IMO”

If I were lazy I would feed him that nasty gerber graduate crap. ;)

I'm not sure what people expect me to do? Pour it down his throat?

I never thought about putting soup in a sippy! I don't see any problems with it though! I might even try it with the boys

When we do soups, I usually drain most of the juice out and let them eat the chunks. Obviously, you can't do that with some soups though!

Lydia won't eat the gerber graduates. we got them for when I was working and we had to take her with us to the daycare. and we get them when they are on sale for the diaper bag in case we go somewhere that they're having something she can't or won't eat.

Zach HATED them! Evan only took them a few times until he had his first real table food meal, then he wouldn't touch them! haha!

I don't blame them! They don't taste well!

me too   we kept them in case we go to someone's house and she won't like what they have. but she doesn't like the gerbers either. lol
we do the snacks though. for church and grocery shopping so she'll be quiet. they're a last resort. but better than other fruit snacks and pre-packaged stuff (I think) since they have no preservatives.

I'm still confused on why people are saying that giving your kids soup in a sippy cup is lazy  IMO I prefer my kids to drink soup broth in their cups than juice! Homemade soups have a lot of protein and vitamins!!

She's giving her kid soup in a cup because that's all they have right now and he won't let her feed him. OP doesn't get paid until tomorrow so soup it is! Lazy would be starving him.

Stop being so judgmental/hopping on the bandwagon. Geez.

they do and we introduced her to real food, not baby food so she has a really healthy, good palate.

Lol, they look really good don't they? But I bet they're bland.

I did keep those cheeto puff things in the diaper bag when he was smaller for trips to the store. They were yummy even to me!

Yeah we rarely give juice because of the sugar, soup is yummy and healthy!
