It has taken me 15 months to start really healing and it may be a while but know that no matter what, it WILL get better mama. :[
I would ask about that pill. Also, even if you don't get anything, keep pumping. My friend was a surrogate mother and the woman she was having the baby for induced lactation after 6months of pumping everyday religiously every 2 hours... she had never been pregnant in her life... but by the time the baby was born she made herself have milk! Its crazy what the body can do.
I know it's something you want and chances are it can happen but remember, if you absolutely can't have it happen. Don't beat yourself up. You have done what you can do and that is the best any mother can do for her child. At least you have the passion and the will to bond with your child. That means a LOT. Many woman have children and couldn't care less. Your child is VERY lucky to have a mama like you.
