My baby is having a hard time pooping

My 7 month old has been having a hard time pooping for the past 2 weeks. She even starts to cry sometimes because it is so hard. What should I do?

Give her the prunes baby food or add prunes to her formula/bm. Start off small, like an oz....if she gets too much you will have a big blow out!!

My son was constipated for the last few days, yesterday I gave him 2 sippy's of apple juice and within the hour he had a diaper full... But I don't give him apple juice any other time bc it always gives him the runs...

Bai has been getting pretty constipated of late, she's almost 10 months, we get Glycerin Suppositories out here, dunno if you get them? I only use them when it's so hard she cries, not just for anything, but they've been a life saver.

Give her some pear juice it should work within a few hours or even right away. If the problem continues you should take her to the pediatrician. Has shestarted any new food recently? It could actually be an allergic reaction if she has.
