re: Bottle/Formula Feeding

Hayden had the same problem (except he had projecyile vomit), and we tried using that. Our problem then was it wouldn't come out of any of his nipples! Not even the stage 2. So we switched back to regular Enfamil and he does fine. He still spits up quite a bit but not like projectile vomit.

I have a question! lol I was breasteeding but my baby is very stubborn and won't latch on or start getting all desperate lol it's so cute though but i started to pump and give him formula so i wanted to know how many ounces of breastmilk should i give him? is it the same as formula? 2-3 ounces every 3 hours??

I would do the same as formula and see how he does.

has anyone used Similac Isomil Advance? Im switchin from the regular Similac Advance because she's been having some gas problems --- if anyone has used it, hows it working for you?

i have a question im having trouble finding a good formula for my 4 week old baby i was using enfamil lipil and she seemed to struggle to poop we switched her to enfamil lacto free and she pooped little hard balls so we switched her to enfamil prosobee and she got diarrhea! i dont know what to do help! the doctor hasnt been too helpful

Then switch doctors IMO. I dont think changing her formula that much is helping matters much either. Its probably confusing her system.

enfamil gentlease.. i think its like right in the middle of all of those. its a sensitive, but not all the way lactose free. idk.. I wouldn't change her formula so much.. poor belly.

What type of water do you ladies use to mix in with your formula?????

city, bottled, nursery water??? do you boil your water??

I have the pur water filter pitcher. Ive also used the city water when in a rush.

My LO is on the SImilac Isomil Advance becuase she is lactose intolerant & it took about 3-4 weeks but I can tell a huge difference in her! I almost gave up on it but I stuck with it & it finally got the other out of her system & she is happy as a little lark now!

i use the bottled nursery water

ok so i just bought the premade formula but you have to refiigerate sp?? lol ...it but ive been giving her room temp formula..anyways my question is how should i warm the bottle so that it is room temp??i use drop ins if that helps.. thanks!!
