I just had my shower this past week and the game that everyone had the most fun with was taking a paper plate and putting it on their head then using the other hand to draw a baby. But, someone (in this case, my mom) decided what parts were drawn when (left leg then head, then right arm, etc.). Everyone had fun with it, and afterwards we showed the pics off and picked a "winner" that looked most like a baby!
We also froze little babies (you can get em at craft stores like michaels or a.c.moore) into ice cubes and gave each person a cup of water and a ice cube (w/baby). Who ever's "water broke" first, allowing the baby to be "born" won.
Then we had a word scrabble of all baby related words - which was actually pretty tough!
We also had a diaper raffle for a prize.
At my sisters shower (that I organized) we handed out blank bingo cards and everyone filled in their board with items they thought mom would open, then they could check one box per gift (so one person couldnt get bingo by listing all their gifts in a line).
And the dirty diaper game - I made small felt "diapers" and wiped some chocolate syrup inside one, then passed one to each guest - the person with the dirty diaper won!
Also, we gave a gift to the person who gave the 7th gift that mom-to-be opened - I found some superstition that that was the person who would have a baby next! (like the throwing of the bouquet of baby showers). Weird thing was it was a pregnant girl that "won," and she had only told a couple people she was pregnant (lol). She was convinced someone outted her!
I think there were more, but it was 2 years ago and I forget!

A game my friend did at her baby shower is called "Break The Water" what you do is you need to go to a party store and get little minature passifiers or anything that would subsitute it work great. You also need ice treys you feel up the ice treys with water and put the little pacifers in them. Freeze the ice, and when its time to play the game you would need 1 miniture cup filled with water for everybody that is playing. You put one ice cube that has the baby pacifier in it in each cup, whoever "Water breaks the first" is the winner.

1. Pick 10 or so words related to babies and scramble the letters. Photocopy the scrambled words on a sheet of paper for each party attendee. Give a time limit of about 5 minutes for each person to try to unscramble the words. Here is a sample of 20 words to get you started (some easy, some hard).

2. Give each guest a "paper plate" and a crayon, have them place the plate on top of their heads and draw a baby. They laugh like crazy. Let mom pick the best and if their is a grandma she can pick the worst (if fortunate enough to have both grandmas let them each pick one.). Makes for great pictures. Happy Birthing!!!!!

10. Birth of a Baby:
Freeze tiny plastic dolls in an ice cube tray. As you hand out refreshments (all at the same time), put one baby ice cube in each drink. The first ice cube to melt and "birth" the baby wins. Let guests know that they cannot touch the ice cube to help it melt. This is a good game to play as the mom-to-be is opening her gifts. *Note: to make sure that the doll is frozen evenly, first fill the tray's cups half full of water. Place doll in and freeze. After frozen, fill the cup up to the top. Freeze again.
Preparations: buy tiny baby dolls to place in ice cube tray, have refreshments for guests. We have found some tiny plastic baby dolls at: http://www.babyshowerrack.com/plasbabparfa.html
