For those of you who have not heard back from peanut labs please make sure you check your spam folder. I thought they were blowing me off as well but their e-mail had been sent to my spam folder/

Waiting on Netflix points - They HAVE charged my card, and I have received my first movie.
2,000 points.
I have contacted PL 6 times with no response.
They have not contacted me regarding my claim.
I have been waiting since Feb 28th.

I have screen shots of my bank account and of the e-mails indicating that my movie was shipped if you want. I will PM them if necessary.

It would be nice if everyone knew what was going on. Im on gaga everyday and dont have a clue about point systems or anything. People have coloured profiles that i cant seem to get to either it all seem a bit unfair considering

considering what? You have to sign up for the beta testing. There have been a million threads about it. No one's keeping any secrets from you.

Contacted each how many times: I contacted each offer 3 times about the points I havent gotten.
How many times have they replied to you? None
How many days have you waited? Almost a week now

*eta* I just checked my spam folder and they flooded me with confirmation requests (just like I flooded them lol)... so we shall see, I hope I get my 5,440 points... that would be nice...

- They contacted me back, they gave me points for the spoungebob game and thats it... the other ones they told could take 4-6 days or even longer (which is bull)... so Im still waiting...

you should try contacting them again, let them know how long you've been waiting.

we'll be submitting all of these at the end of the week, but really, your best bet is to keep contacting them daily until you get your points.

Update: They contacted me saying that "We can't reward offers until the advertiser notifies us of the completion. Sometimes it can take 4-6 days for an advertiser to notify us (even if they've already sent you some form of confirmation). If you've completed an offer with confirmation and it's been more than 5 days we need to see a screenshot of that confirmation message so we can pass it on to the advertiser and try to get you credited."

Since it's been 13 days, and I've already received my movies, I did the screenshots and sent them off.

SAME thing i got...i then sent the screen shot early yesterday and have yet to hear back.
