We hit the 9 month mark a few days ago! Still going strong!  

We hit our 2 month mark two days ago! Super proud of us

How often do you feed her?

as often as she wants... and I also pump and she drinks fine from the bottle too (I start back to work soon, so I want her drinking from both). I hear her drinking, so I know she is swallowing when she nurses..

She pees a lot.

Have you shared your concerns with her doctor or perhaps a Lactation consultant? She's gaining right?

She was gaining just fine... her next appointment is Wednesday.

My pedi told me to only be concerned if he goes at least 3 days without pooping. She said breastmilk doesn't have as much "waste" so they don't have as much to poop out.

If she is peeing a lot & gaining fine, then I think it may just be a variation of normal. I think the concern is poor milk transfer when there is less pooping. After a month, it is quite normal to go a week or more even. My 2nd one pooped once a week (after about 4 weeks) until he got some solids. It was awesome! My 1st pooped every 3 days once he hit the 4 week mark & he went 10 days without pooping at right about 4 weeks (this is normal & happens with a lot of babies where they take a pooping pause at about a month old).

Anyway - if she seems content, gets enough wets & is gaining all is likely FINE.

Here from Dr Jack Newman about it:
Any baby between five and 21 days of age who does not pass at least one substantial bowel movement within a 24 hour period should be seen at the breastfeeding clinic the same day if possible, but certainly within a couple of days. If this same baby is soaking at least 6 heavy wet diapers (see #3, Urination), then baby is most likely fine and getting enough. Generally, and only as a general rule, small, infrequent bowel movements during this time period mean insufficient intake. There are definitely some exceptions and everything may be fine, but it is better to check.

Yay you! You should be proud! It is often the hardest part of nursing, so hitting 2 months is big!

Good! I was hoping that would help you relax better. If she is getting lots of wets & gaining well, then she is getting good transfer.

I think she is ok... I worry about everything

I just want to say that DS and I have been nursing great for 8.5 weeks now! This is HUGE for me, and I'm extremely proud of myself. Makes me feel confident that I'll be able to continue when I return to work and much longer.
