This and she could also be gas. If i dont burp my son, he spits up. And he acts hungry when he's just gassy sometimes.

How do you mama's go out if your nursling doesn't take a bottle? We got invited to an adults only surprise birthday party for my cousin and I'd really like to go but LO doesn't take a bottle and I get no milk when I pump =/

My LO is 13 months & never had a bottle   I nurse her right before I leave her & only stay gone 2-3 hours. Now she can have a snack/meal while I'm gone.

That's what I'm thinking maybe just feed her right before I leave and only go for an hour or so.

I take a cover and go to a more deserted corner, or even ask to use another room to be more respectful. Not big on using a bathroom to do such though that sounds yuck.

That has worked for me
hubby and I managed 2 date lunches that way. Is there someone baby is comfortable withto babysit. that was key to me, leaving her with someone I knew she felt safe with.

I have almost the same problem. I do get milk when i pump, but he will not take it in a bottle or a sippy cup. One time i HAD to leave him to take DH to the emergency dentist and we had DH mom come watch him. We used it as a test since we would be close anyway. He will eat just about anything and if you pour water or juice mixed with water into his mouth he will drink it that way but thats it. I hate it because it always causes such a mess. He likes to let it fall out of his mouth and laugh. Anyway, he was good for 5 hours without us, as long as we didn't let him see us walk out the door. A second time we went out on our anniversary to see a movie and he was good for 3-4 hours. We try not to take long. And we don't go out often. Just make sure you feed a lot before you leave.

Oh, he is now 10 1/2 months btw, i didn't leave him until he was almost 10 months

So im not sure if this is normal or not but anyways...LO eats every four hours, but every two hours my milk will let down and I will soak through an entire pad very quickly. Just seconds before i let down my nipples feel like there being ripped off my body. i dont get this pain when im feeding lo, just at the two hour mark. We both are on meds for thrush so im not sure if this is part of that or normal.

The pain is from the thrush. Hopefully your milk will adjust to him only eating only every 4 hours. It should at least.

Ok, so DS's tongue seems to be white all the time. I mean i don't go peeking in his mouth all the time but when i do it is. When i use the finger brush to brush his teeth i've tried to brush it off but it doesn't really come off. He does eat very often, there is no more white anywhere else and i have no pain or redness on my nipples.

It's not thrush is it?

It is most likely milk.
thrush generally starts on the sides of the mouth.
