are you pregnant now, and how old is the child you are wanting to nurse? I am a bit confused I think... most things that would help you re lactate are not safe to use during pregnancy... but you will be lactating again when new baby comes... many older children who have already weaned want to nurse again after the new baby comes... it is up to you, and your comfort level to decide if you are ok with that. I know 2 women who's children weaned at 1 year, and they opted to start nursing again when new baby came (both women I know were pregnant already when baby weaned, so the older child was 15-18 months. ) if you are ok with it, I do not see it being an issue... I would recommend contacting your local La Leche League and you can speak one on one with a Leader, who can possibly help you, or refer you other moms who have been in this situation.
