Avoid pacifiers and artificial nipples

(especially in the first few days / weeks)

I love this! I do like all of them except the fenugreek/tea/thistle, and I don't pump because once when I tried it made my nipple bleed  
I sometimes hand express if I'm super engorged and she's asleep.

We're nearly at 3 weeks EBF (on Tuesday), I'm proud of us both because I really considered giving up.. But then I remembered I hate formula, that all our struggles were normal, and its our special time together and something only I can give her

Don’t smoke.

(but if you absolutely can't give it up, it's better to smoke and BF than to FF and BF!)
