I was told anything "cough or cold" you're not supposed to take. I was sick last year for 2 months and could only suck on Halls.

Does anyonne know if its okay to take Robitussin DM while breastfeeding? I have bronchitis and the doc said to take it but the pharmasist said she wouldnt recomend it.

I have a nine month old daughter she stopped efb when her teeth came in at 7 months. Since then I've been pumping for her. My question is about a week ago I noticed a drop in production. I thought my period was coming as my production drops when I have my period. Now I never got my period. I tested and got my first bfp yesterday. Now can I continue to pump while pregnant? Is it safe for my daughter and for this pregnancy? Will my production go back to normal or will it continue to drop? Any answers or suggestions would be very helpful.

It is safe, but your supply may well drop further.

It will dry up your milk.

I was getting over 20oz a day buy now I'm lucky to get 12oz a day. I'll just see how it goes. Thanks girls

Have you tried Fenugreek or Flaxseed Oil? Mothers Milk Tea? Lactation Cookies? If so, you can always see if your OB will write you a script for Reglan if you want to keep breastfeeding.

I used mothers milk tea and furngreek. I stopped when I found out I was pregnant. I'm not comfortable taking really anything while pregnant. But I'll just pump more and see if it comes back up on its own.

You can't take fenugeek or mothers milk tea during pregnancy. You can eat lactation cookies.

and you can take reglan while pg too. it's what they gave me for nausea.

Ahhh I didn't realize you were pregnant! LOL! Yeah my milk dried up my first time breastfeeding as soon as I got pregnant.

Yes I'm pregnant. Very happy but was hoping to feed my daughter till she was a year. But time will tell. I'm gonna stick with it. Till I'm dry.

My 6 month old won't unlatch himself before pulling away. He's done it for basically ever.

My left side has always hurt more than the right. It's a pain, whereas the right side is just sore. It's to the point where I cringe when he nurses.

Since I don't see how to get him to stop, unless there's a way, how do I deal with the pain while he is and isn't nursing?

Can you slip your little finger in to break the suction first? DD used to do this too.
