I guess this is the first question my baby's father is a year younger than me he's 16 yrs old and is very immature and thinks he has time to waste and procrastinate because it's only may and I'm due in november but the last two months of me finding out I was pregnant has flew by and before we know it ur baby will be here I'm job hunting while he's doing nothing . Can I take him to court for child support and if so will I have to wait for him to get a job or can I get money from his mom. He's a big mama's boy and will hurry up and find a job if she has to pay!!!!
