i had the same problem so i asked my dr. about it and say said it is more than normal. its juss the muscle fibers in your uterus stretching. she said when it happens try and lay or sit down, and juss get as comfortable as you can, relaxing helps relieve the muscles. she said the further along in your pregnancy you are the more they may intensify but not always. hope this helped!
