I did a survey, and its not showing me my points!?

Let me say I went in to "need help" and it takes me to another screen where its just blank with the brown box?

This seems like a cool thing to do but problem is i don't have Photoshop or anything on my computer to do it and anyway i took digital and web design is school they weren't that easy for me. If i could learn to better do the program i would be all for it.

I tried to do it but it says i have to activate it and told me to click on something to do that. I did but it still isn't activating and doing what i need it to do. NEED HELP!

if you've activated it, then you go to the advanced features page and start getting points by doing surveys and offers.

No I just did 2 other surveys since that one didn't work
